What You Should Report
Please report any of the following situations you encounter on this platform.
Fake or duplicate profiles where the information or photos do not appear to belong to a real person.
Profiles using someone else's photo without permission.
Members who ask for money, gifts, loans, or financial help under any pretext. This is a serious red flag and a common method used by fraudsters.
Members who share obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content through messages or profile content.
Members who use abusive or threatening language in chat or messages.

Members who ask for your personal banking details, OTP, Aadhaar details, or passwords under any excuse.

How to Report
If you wish to report a profile or an incident of misuse, please follow these steps.
Step 1 — Note down the profile ID or name of the member you wish to report.
Step 2 — Go to the Contact Us page on this website.
Step 3 — In the subject field write Report Misuse.
Step 4 — In the description field provide the profile ID or name of the reported member, describe what happened in as much detail as possible, and attach any screenshots if available.
Step 5 — Submit the form. Our team will review your report within 24 to 48 hours and take necessary action.
What Action Will Be Taken
Once a report is received, our admin team will review the concerned profile and the complaint details. If the report is found to be valid, appropriate action will be taken which may include one or more of the following. Sending a formal warning to the reported member. Temporarily suspending the reported account. Permanently deleting the reported account from our platform. Blocking the reported member from re-registering. Reporting the matter to relevant authorities if the situation involves fraud, harassment, or criminal activity.
