1. General Policy
All membership plan purchases on KambojSamaj Matrimony are considered final. Once a membership plan has been activated and access to premium features has been granted, the payment is non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to review the features and benefits of each plan carefully before making a purchase.
2. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations. When the membership plan has been successfully activated and premium features are accessible. When you have already used the membership benefits such as viewing contact details or sending interests. When you change your mind after purchase. When your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions. When you fail to find a suitable match through the platform. When the profile is removed due to submission of false or misleading information. When the membership period has expired.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only in the following situations. If your payment was deducted from your bank account or card but your membership was not activated due to a technical error. If you were charged twice for the same membership plan due to a payment gateway error. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment such as a bank statement or payment receipt.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps. Contact us through the Contact Us page on our website. Provide your registered email address and mobile number. Provide the transaction ID and date of payment. Attach a screenshot or copy of your payment receipt or bank statement. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time beyond our processing period. KambojSamaj Matrimony is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.
6. Plan Upgrade or Transfer
Membership plans cannot be transferred to another user or account. If you wish to upgrade your existing plan, the remaining value of your current plan will not be adjusted or refunded against the new plan purchase.
7. Plan Cancellation
There is no option to cancel a membership plan once it has been activated. The plan will remain active until the end of the purchased validity period.
8. Payment Gateway Disputes
If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We request that you reach out to us first and give us the opportunity to resolve any payment issue before approaching your bank.
9. Free Membership
Free membership on KambojSamaj Matrimony does not involve any payment and therefore is not covered under this Refund Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
KambojSamaj Matrimony reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
